Cookie Policy – ALMARA Partner Platform

Last updated: 06 July 2026 · Applies to partner.almara.life

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored in the browser or on the device of anyone visiting our partner platform, partner.almara.life. Among other things, they allow a browser to be recognised on a return visit, keep a partner logged in to the partner login area, and remember the selected language.

This Cookie Policy applies exclusively to the B2B partner platform partner.almara.life and supplements our Partner Privacy Policy. A separate Cookie Policy applies to the ALMARA consumer website.

The legal basis for the use of technically necessary cookies is Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG (German Telecommunications-Digital-Services-Data-Protection Act) in conjunction with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the platform). For all other cookies – on this platform, analytical cookies only – the legal basis is your consent pursuant to Section 25(1) TDDDG in conjunction with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Which Cookies Do We Use?

As a B2B platform with no end-customer shop function, we deliberately use a lean set of cookies. There is no retargeting, no social media cookies and no marketing cookies.

Consent & Management

On your first visit to partner.almara.life, our consent management tool Complianz will show you a cookie banner. There you can choose whether to consent to the use of analytical cookies (GA4). Necessary cookies do not require consent, as they are required for the technical operation of the platform.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example via the following button:

Manage Cookie Settings

Alternatively, you can also control the setting of cookies via your browser settings or delete cookies that have already been set. Please note that certain platform functions – such as staying logged in to the partner area – may be limited as a result.

Third-Party Providers

For traffic measurement we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). As part of the data processing, a transfer of data to Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, cannot be ruled out.

Where Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the transfer is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023. Otherwise, the transfer takes place on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) GDPR. Further information on Google Analytics can be found in our Partner Privacy Policy.

We do not use any Meta, TikTok, or other social media pixel, and no retargeting technologies, on this platform.
